EarthWalk Community Picnic
On Sunday, June 4th, an unseasonably cool but still pleasant day, our community gathered for an outdoor worship service followed by our first annual community picnic. The picnic was very well-attended despite the weather, with roughly 25 people (and several of their four legged friends) attending the gathering at the Island Lake Recreation Center.

EarthWalk community members are always present when there is work to be done – both inner work and work for our community as a whole. The picnic gave us the opportunity to come together as family, community and friends, to share in the pleasures of conversation and fun, and to enjoy the lighthearted side of Spirit. All that, and not one sunburn… Many thanks to Glynes Graham and Colleen Hester, who worked together to organize and buy provisions for the event.
